PROJECT SCOPE

A practical route from lease-end to the next handover.

Property repairs and reinstatement for landlords and agents.

Property condition review

Share the property condition report, photographs and a room-by-room list of requested works. Identify the areas to retain and the items that require attention.

Repairs and decorative works

Combine agreed painting, tiling, carpentry and flooring repairs with relevant ceiling or partition works. Each item is defined within the quotation scope.

Technical maintenance

List observed AC, ventilation or electrical fitting issues for review within Fortex's service scope. Equipment details and access information help define the work.

Reinstatement and handover

Coordinate approved reinstatement requirements, site access and the work sequence with the landlord or agent. Review completed items against the agreed list before handover.

FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

A clear basis
for the work.

Connect requirements, existing conditions and practical arrangements.

01

Consolidate the work list

Bring the condition report and requested repairs into one itemised brief, with priorities and property access.

02

Agree scope and sequence

Confirm the included trades, material responsibilities and work order around the required handover date.

03

Review for handover

Walk through the included works against the agreed list and record any remaining items with the landlord or agent.

PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Your project
questions.

Can an agent coordinate the works on the landlord's behalf?

Yes. Nominate the authorised point of contact and share the scope approval and access arrangements so decisions and site coordination are clear.

Can several repairs be combined in one scope?

Painting, finishes and relevant technical maintenance can be reviewed together. Inclusion, materials and exclusions are stated in the agreed quotation.

Does this service include tenancy or deposit decisions?

The service covers agreed physical property works. Tenancy disputes, deposit deductions and legal decisions remain with the landlord, agent and their advisers.

Is ongoing maintenance also available?

AMC packages are available on request. Covered items, planned visits, parts and terms are agreed separately around the property's ongoing needs.
